• Return Approval: All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your package. Returns will only be accepted upon company approval and are eligible for store credit only.
   
• Condition of Product: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for store credit.
   
• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that skincare and cosmetic products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety standards.
